This emerging decision making system is called open democracy, it allows the members of a community to actively participate and cooperate in its governance, and —thanks to information and communication technologies— from anywhere and at any time using a computer or a cell phone.
Democracy through internet will result in transparent, open, versatile and decentralized governments. It will be much more efficient and effective, much less fallible than the current forms of government. To represent oneself or to be represented will be a continuous choice of each individual.
